ABOUT ME

I received my B.S. degree in 1996, M.S. degree in 1999 from Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Chongqing University, Chongqing, P.R.China. Then I joined China Telecom, Chongqing branch and worked as a telecommunication engineer for almost 2 years. After that, I came to Drexel in fall 2001, majored in Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, then switched to Biomedical Engineering Deparment in spring 2002, and expect to receive my Ph.D. degree in summer of 2006.

My research is focused on computational biology. It includes building ODE/PDE mathematical model to understand complex regulation of cellular protein networks combined with experimental appoaches, C/C++ based cell simulater package developing, parameter estimation/optimization, sensitivity analysis and drug targeting.
